Frequently asked questions
Do you offer a fitting service?
Yes — we work with trusted local fitters who can measure and install your new flooring. Ask us for details when you visit, or get in touch by phone or email.
Can I take samples home?
Absolutely. Lighting and existing décor make a big difference to how a colour or texture looks, so we encourage it.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes, all quotes are free and without obligation. Visit the showroom or contact us to arrange a measure and quote.
What areas do you cover?
Edinburgh, Midlothian, East Lothian, West Lothian and surrounding areas. Unsure about your postcode? Give us a call.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the size of the area and the flooring type. Our fitters will advise on realistic timescales when your quote is arranged.
